Kevin Hesse

Physical Therapist

Kevin Hesse brings 25 years of outpatient physical therapy experience to the team at PT Now. Originally from just north of New York City, Kevin is a graduate from SUNY Buffalo. He has been living in Virginia since 2016.

Kevin’s primary treatment approaches are a combination of manual therapy osteopathic based techniques called strain-counterstrain and fascial-counterstrain. These techniques employ a comprehensive and a soft manual positional release that when combined with appropriate support exercises for mobility and strengthening are well tolerated by the majority of clients.

Outside of PT Now, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities and goes to the gym most days of the week.
